This page explains what personal data is collected when you use this website, why it is collected, how long it is kept and what rights you can exercise.

Data collected

Only the booking form collects data. The fields concerned are:

• your first and last name;
• your phone number;
• the direction of travel and the destination chosen;
• the pick-up or drop-off address;
• the date and time requested;
• your flight number, if you provide it;
• the number of passengers;
• anything you choose to add in the message field.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to contact you back, confirm the fare and organise your transfer. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, under article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Recipients

The data is sent to the data controller only. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.

Two technical providers are involved:

• Web3Forms, which forwards the form content to our inbox.
• OVH, the website host, located in France.

Retention period

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of three years from the last contact, for customer follow-up. Accounting records relating to a completed journey are kept for ten years, as required by French law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@jbtransport.fr or to the registered office address. You will receive a reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, or at cnil.fr.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and uses no behavioural tracking tools. No consent banner is therefore required.

Your language choice may be stored in your browser's temporary memory. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.

External services

The address field of the form queries the public interface api-adresse.data.gouv.fr, a French government service, in order to suggest existing addresses. Only the text you type into that field is sent, as you type.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to Google servers when the page is displayed.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Data submitted through the form travels encrypted between your browser and our providers.
